Regenerating places, strengthening communities

Our vision advocates for the positive impact that brownfield redevelopment can generate on local community and economy: it’s not only about addressing contamination and public health issues but also nourishing jobs and investments, improving public spaces and infrastructure, increasing safety and strengthening community engagement and local identity

Where others see ruins, we see future

Every new project is a challenge to overcome problems and limitations of the targeted site in order to transform it in a living asset, for the well being of our customers and for a material improvement of the surrounding neighbourhoods.

Since 2C Sviluppo Immobiliare, formerly known as Immobiliare 2C, was founded by Angelo and Mariella Cassinelli in 1981, the company has always been a family-owned business, redeveloping properties for over four decades in the greater Milan area, mainly focusing on the professional B2B sector.

As the Italian economic landscape has evolved, our clients have ranged from artisans and small manufacturers to large corporations, multinational companies, and major players in retail, logistics, and investment funds.

Those who work with us are often navigating a critical juncture for their company’s present and future; we are therefore fully aware of the responsibility we bear in helping them professionally plan and execute their business growth strategies.

Strong business in healthy communities

We are proud that our real estate developments have contributed not only to business growth, but also to the urban and social development of the communities in which they are located.

We believe that sustainable growth means creating jobs, revitalizing neglected urban areas, and supporting local communities through cultural, charitable, and sports initiatives.
