We are talking about Rubattino 56, an area spanning over 14,000 square meters which, after years of neglect and decay, has been completely redeveloped and transformed through our intervention into a creative hub of international relevance.
From Abandonment to Renewal
Closely tied to the historic Milanese automotive industry—particularly Innocenti—the Rubattino 56 site had long become a burden on the surrounding area, marked by severe neglect and deterioration. It required a radical intervention to unlock its full potential.
The redevelopment was a complex operation involving environmental remediation and, above all, a careful rethinking of the spaces driven by an innovative vision. The regeneration of this former industrial site preserved its productive vocation while combining it with a strong focus on fostering creativity.
Today, Rubattino 56 is a multifaceted venue capable of hosting a wide range of events—from fashion shows to corporate meetings and large-scale television productions. Its versatility lies in the diversity of its spaces: from expansive, fully equipped areas designed for complex productions to more intimate and refined settings such as the glass house and its terrace.
